It's time to launch the virtual community component of the project.
The decision has been made to have two stages.
In the first stage (now!) there will be adiscusison list associated with each linguistic area
of the caribbean without moderation and wihout translation.
The list corresponds to the follow-up of the respective meetinmggs in Schoelcher,
Santo Domingo and Jamaica and it is the responsibility of each subregional partner
to invite participants to subscribe and animate the debates.
In the second stage, short after the Jamaica meeting and discussion list,
a unique list will merge teh participants with moderation and automatic translation.

The site was sometime working at test-phase, but it has not too much traffic
and test was made it as we can, now test-phase is going to the end and VC need to be updated, so please click on the link to the
virtual community in Winds Main page or follow this link to login into the site (login must be required again for security reasons) with your winds username and password and fill your profile to let know to the community all your capabilities, experts, interests...

Then feel free to post in to the list instead to send a mail to
windscaribe@...

There is a category called Follow UP for meetings where we can find
FollowUp@Antilles and FollowUp@SantoDomingo 2 working list for meetings
FollowUp@Trinidad will appear shortly, animated by Olivier, Darwin and Roderic respectively, those that will be supported by the administrator of the site for any aid which they can need.
