Olivier Moreau est né en France en 1958 (Enghien, 95) et déménage au Canada en 1974. Il a étudié à l'université Laval à Québec et a obtenu un "Bachelor of Sciences" à UBC (Vancouver). Après divers travaux de programmeur a Vancouver, il devient Analyste Programmeur pour le gouvernement des Bermudes.

En 1996 il a créée la Société Antillaise de Services Internet (S@SI), le premier fournisseur d'accès Internet en Martinique. Cette société est toujours un leader de l'Internet, l'Intranet, du travail collaboratif avec de nombreux clients dans le secteur public et privé. Il gère de nombreux projets TIC avec son équipe de professionnels.

Depuis 2003, il est aussi le Président de l'association Rivelo qui travail pour les TIC-D (ICT4D) en Martinique. Il est actuellement mandaté par l'UE et « Winds Caribe » pour étudier la R&D TIC dans la Caraïbe francophone.

Olivier est trilingue (Français, Anglais, Espagnol) et tri-culturel (Caraïbe, Amérique du Nord, et Europe).

Olivier Moreau is born in France in 1958 and moved to Canada in 1974. He studied at U. Laval in Québec and graduated from UBC (Vancouver) with a Bachelor of Science in 1981. After diverse programming jobs in Vancouver, he became Analyst Programmer for the Bermudian Government in 1985.

He moved to Martinique in 1990 to start a new business. In 1996 he created the "Société Antillaise de Services Internet" (S@SI) an became the first ISP in Martinique. His firm is still a leader of Internet, Intranet and Collaborative Work and has many important customers in the public and private sectors. He manages many ICT projects with his professional team.

Since 2003, he is also President of the association Rivelo working in ICT4D in Martinique. He his currently mandated by the EU and "Winds Caribe" to study ICT R&D in French Caribbean.

He is trilingual (French, English and Spanish) and tri-cultural (Caraibe, North America, and Europe).
